TubeLab Pricing 2026: Starter vs Pro, and What Yearly Really Saves
TubeLab Starter is $29 a month and Pro is $39, but the numbers that matter are which filters each plan unlocks: revenue, RPM and audience filters start on Pro. Here is every plan in both billing periods, what yearly billing really saves and the refund rules.

TubeLab plans and prices
TubeLab is a research database built around outliers: a Niche Finder over 500K+ breakout channels, an Outliers Finder over 5M+ videos, trending formats, a rank tracker and AI tools for ideas and scripts. Its three plans, Starter, Pro and Team, can be billed monthly or yearly, and the page opens on monthly billing.
Searching the Niche Finder and Outliers Finder is unlimited on every plan. Credits pay for the AI and data features: the scriptwriter, trend reports, ideation and MCP and API access. Starter includes 200 credits a month, Pro 400 and Team 1,000, and you can buy more while subscribed.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|

Is TubeLab free?
No. TubeLab has no free plan or free trial on its pricing page. The only free product is a Chrome extension that checks whether a channel is monetized. To search the Niche Finder or Outliers Finder, you need a paid plan.
What softens that is the refund policy: TubeLab offers a full refund within 24 to 48 hours of paying, and 50% within 15 days, so you can test it briefly. Renewals are not refunded.
Which plan fits you
- Starter. For a first look at niche research. Unlimited Niche Finder and Outliers Finder searches with the basic filters, including faceless and Shorts, 200 credits a month, MCP, trending formats and a rank tracker for 50 keywords, for one channel. It does not include the monetization, revenue, RPM or audience filters.
- Pro. For picking a niche by money. Adds every filter, including monetized channels, 30-day revenue, RPM estimates, revenue sources and audience region, age, gender and income, plus niche and trend reports, a monetization tracker, up to 16 scripts a month and API access. 400 credits, 5 channels.
- Team. For agencies and teams: everything in Pro with 1,000 credits a month, 10 channels, up to 10 members, up to 40 scripts a month, a 1-on-1 onboarding call and priority support.
What you actually pay in a year
The same plan costs a different amount depending on how you pay. Here is a full year for typical users:
| Who | Plan | Paid monthly | Paid yearly | You save |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creator trying niche researchUnlimited searches, basic filters | Starter | $348 | $288 | $60 |
| Creator choosing a niche by RPMRevenue and RPM filters start here | Pro | $468 | $348 | $120 |
| Agency running client research10 members, 10 channels, 1,000 credits | Team | $1,200 | $960 | $240 |
Is TubeLab worth it?
For most people the real choice is Pro, not Starter. The reason to use TubeLab over a free tool is filtering channels by revenue and RPM, and Starter leaves those filters out. Pro billed yearly, at $29 a month or $348 a year, is the plan worth judging. Starter makes sense only if you want outlier ideas and faceless filters without the money data.
Yearly billing is advertised as 3 months free. The actual savings are $60 a year on Starter, $120 on Pro and $240 on Team, so the claim holds for Pro. Since there is no free plan, use the 24 to 48 hour full-refund window to test it on your own niche before committing to a year.
